Refund Policy

1. Digital product

This policy applies to purchases of the Household Crisis Blueprint digital edition, including the companion Household Margin Audit, processed through Whop.

2. Immediate access

The product is supplied digitally. Access and delivery instructions are made available after successful payment and may also be sent to the purchasing email address.

3. Change of mind

Where permitted by law, change-of-mind refunds may be unavailable once immediate digital access or downloading has begun. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Problems we will address

• A duplicate charge for the same order.
• Delivery or access fails after a successful payment.
• The supplied file is materially defective and a working replacement cannot be provided.
• The product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase.

5. How to request help

Open your Whop purchase receipt or support conversation and include the order email, approximate purchase time, and a short description of the problem. Do not send card details.

6. Whop terms

This policy should be read together with the Whop Buyer Terms. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to processing times.
